How long does it take for my diamond painting order to arrive?
We're glad you asked!
Your Paint Plot Diamond Painting kit will be shipped from our warehouse in Coolangatta, Gold Coast, Australia.
All diamond painting orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours on business days.
Shipping Time Estimates: Australian domestic orders: 2-7 business days
New Zealand: 5-12 business days
United States: 9 - 15 business days
Canada: 9 - 15 business days
United Kingdom: 9-15 Business days
Mainland Europe: 9-20 Business days
Ireland: 12-18 Business days
Please keep in mind delivery times listed above are our best estimate.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has been sent out. We send via Australia Post, which offers a minimum of six points of tracking.
If a few extra days have passed and your order's still not with you, it's worth heading down to your local post office for a friendly visit. Missed delivery cards have been known to go missing, so, it could turn out that your parcel has been waiting for you all along.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has been sent out.
We send via Australia Post, which offers a minimum of six points of tracking.
When will I receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation for my diamond painting?
Within a few minutes of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Sometimes this can get stuck in spam or the junk mail folder so please take a look in there. If you still have not received it, please email us at support@paintplotdiamonds.com you might have entered your email address incorrectly, it's easy to get a letter wrong and this happens quite often 😊
Your shipping confirmation should be sent to you within 3 days. If you haven't received it by then, please contact us and we'll sort it out.
What happens if I run out of diamonds?
We provide plenty of diamonds in your package but if you'd run out of a color, for any reason, please just send us an email and we'll help you out. We want you to finish your diamond painting and we want to see it when you're done so of course, we will make sure that you have everything you need to do this.

Do you accept returns?
Your satisfaction is our goal, we hope that you love your diamond painting as much as we do but if you do need to return it for any reason, please see our Refunds & Returns Policy page for all the details.
What size artwork do you have available?
The proven most popular size of Paint Plot diamond artwork is 40cm x 50cm (16” x 20”) and designs are available in either horizontal or vertical formats.
Do I stretch my painting before or after I've finished it?
We suggest that you stretch your painting after you've finished putting all the diamonds in their place.
How long does it take to complete a Paint Plot diamond painting?
The length of time it takes to complete a Paint Plot diamond painting will vary depending on the complexity of the art work you have selected, the time that it takes to complete a piece of art can vary quite a lot from person to person. This is a relaxing art form which can be completed quickly over a couple of days or enjoyed a little at a time over a series of weeks or months. This really comes down to individual preference.
What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at support@paintplotdiamonds.com and tell us your order number and what the mistake is. We will take care of this for you as soon as possible and cover the costs of getting you the right item.
We will send you a new one and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human so or course we make some mistakes but we will correct them as quickly as we can!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $3.99 but if your order value is higher than $100 AUD, then the shipping is on us.
If I change my mind, can I cancel or change my order?
So that we can get your Diamond Painting to you as quickly as possible, our orders are processed very quickly and moved in to delivery. Due to this, an order usually cannot be canceled or changed once it's been submitted.
Please be sure to check all the information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible and we'll do what we can to correct it before the package is shipped.
Can I change the delivery address after my order has already been shipped?
The shipping address for orders that are already on their way to you cannot be changed by our fulfilment center. What you can do is contact your postage provider and ask them if they can update the address. Ask them to reroute your package and they should be able to fix it for you. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do from our end once the package has left our warehouse.
